Supporting local sport from stone throwing to football!

20 augustus 2026 - Did you know that Chocolate Factory De Beemster is a strong supporter of sports and local community associations? We believe in a healthy and active lifestyle, and sports are naturally an important part of that. And what better reward after a great sporting achievement than a delicious chocolate treat?

During the Beemster Festival Week, we were proud to sponsor the stone throwing team of the local neighbourhood association De Tuinhoek. Team members took part in specially designed shirts, which they wore with pride. In addition, our eye-catching banner was displayed at the event grounds. Did you happen to spot it during your visit to the Beemster Fair?

Our commitment to sports does not stop there. Recently, De Beemster also became the clothing sponsor of football club ZOB. It is a wonderful partnership that we are extremely proud of. In the image below, you can see the new shirt design that the players will be wearing on the pitch.
